To enter, visit www.daisy.com or, for an entry form, send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to Daisy Sweepstakes Entry Form, PO Box 220, Rogers, Arkansas 72757 (residents of Washington and Vermont need not include return postage) between March 1, 2008 and February 28, 2009, at 9:59 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST").

Eligibility:
Contest is open to all legal resident households of the 50 United States and District of Columbia age 13 and over, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes will only allow one entry per household. Employees of Daisy, its agents, subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to participate. Participants must include all information on the entry form to be eligible. By transmitting the official entry form, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies will be accepted. All duplicate entries will be eliminated from the drawing. As a condition of being awarded the Quarterly Prize(as defined herein), the entrant shall be required to provide proof of the correctness of entrant's information on the entry form and compliance with the terms and conditions contained in the Official Rules ("Affidavit of Eligibility and Age"). All decisions as to the sufficiency will be made at Daisy's sole discretion.

Prize, Approximate Verifiable Retail Value and Odds: Only four Quarterly Prizes will be awarded. Approximate Verifiable Retail Value for each Quarterly Prize is $87.00. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received prior to each drawing date listed below. All entries received remain eligible for prize drawings unless chosen as a winner in said calendar year.

"Quarterly Prize" will be one Model 840B Grizzly Kit or comparable product replacement if not available or in stock. All Random Drawings for "Quarterly Prize" will be held at Daisy's principal place of business, 400 W. Stribling Drive, Rogers, Arkansas, 72756. Quarterly prize drawings will be held on the following dates: May 31, 2008 at 9:59 a.m., August 31, 2008 at 9:59 a.m., November 30, 2008 at 9:59 a.m. and February 28, 2009 at 9:59 a.m.

"Quarterly Prize" winners agree by accepting the "Quarterly Prize" to release, indemnify and hold harmless Daisy Outdoor Products, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent corporations, successors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all actions, causes of actions and liability, including attorney's fees and costs regarding acceptance of the prize and any subsequent actions, incidences, accidents or occurrences including but not limited to acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Daisy Outdoor Products.

Additional Rules: Sweepstakes are governed by U.S. Law. If winner is a minor, signature of parent or legal guardian is required. All prizes will be awarded. All decisions by the judges are final. All entries become the property of Daisy and none will be returned. Daisy will not acknowledge receipt or confirm eligibility of any entry.

Daisy is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due. Daisy is not liable for any printing or typographical errors. Daisy assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, damages, delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human, technical or otherwise in nature, in conjunction with this contest, participation or in connection with any prize acceptance. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in a prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Daisy, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of competition as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

By entering, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless Daisy its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent corporations, successors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all actions, causes of actions and liability, including attorney's fees and costs regarding participation in the sweepstakes and receipt and use or misuse of the prize awarded. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, image and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to Daisy's use of your personal information as described in Daisy's privacy policy, located at Privacy Policy.
