Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. All information on the order form must be completely filled out before your order can be processed.

2. Daisy only sells airguns, slingshots and CO2 to adults, over the age of 21 years old who provide an affidavit of age. You only need to fill out the affidavit of age the first time you place an order. Thereafter, we will keep your affidavit on file. If you do not fill out an affidavit of age or we cannot verify that you have one on file, we will contact you and request that you do so. If you fail to do so within 14 days, your order will be cancelled.

3. Orders may be paid by Personal Check, Certified Check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.

4. Credit cards will be authorized at time of order but not charged until the date of shipment.

5. Products ordered that are currently not in stock will be placed on back order and you will be notified of approximate delivery date or have the option of canceling your order.

6. Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated based on the total value of your order.

7. Arkansas state sales tax is calculated only on those orders sold to or shipping to an Arkansas address.

8. Daisy reserves the right to make changes to prices, shipping charges and availability of product on this site without notice. In the event a product is not available, we will make every effort to offer you a product of comparable value.
