Affidavit of Age - Airgun, CO₂, Knife, and Slingshot Policy

Whether you choose to order by phone, fax or online, you must have an affidavit of age on file at Daisy in order to process any order which includes any airgun, CO₂, knife or slingshot. Orders which do not include any of these items do not require the affidavit of age.
