Affidavit of Age - Airgun, CO2 and Slingshot Policy
It is Daisy’s policy to only sell directly, via phone order or internet order, to persons 21 years of age or older who complete and submit this affidavit of age. You must already have an affidavit on file or complete one now in order for us to be able to process your order.

State statutes and/or local ordinances prohibit the sale and possession of air guns, CO2 guns and slingshots in some areas.

We are unable to ship airguns into Chicago, Morton Grove, Buffalo, Philadelphia, Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island City, Manhattan, Queens, New York City and Staten Island. Persons in New Jersey need a permit for any air gun. Persons in Michigan need a permit for any pellet air gun.

State laws prohibit us from shipping or selling slingshots to residents of Illinois, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, New York, New Mexico and Washington, D.C.

Because of the difficulty in keeping current on all regulations, it is Daisy Outdoor Products's policy to ship directly only to those persons who are 21 years of age or older and to require that the buyer certify that it is legal for him or her to purchase and possess an air gun, CO2 gun or slingshot by signing and returning our affidavit.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA.
SHIPMENTS TO HAWAII AND ALASKA MUST BE SHIPPED 2ND DAY UPS AND THEREFORE WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGE.
